Today is St. Patricks day, but more importantly for tri-Ace fans it's also the North American release day for Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume.
Covenant of the Plume is the third Valkyrie Profile title to date and the first tri-Ace title released exclusively on Nintendo DS. Also for the first time in the series the main character is a male, Wylfred who opposes the Valkyries in an effort to avenge the death of his father.
Also, the official European product page for Covenant of the Plume has been released, it can be translated into five different languages and gives an overview of the game, it also features some new wallpapers available for download.

The North American official site for Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume has been updated today. This will be released exclusively for the Nintendo DS on the 17th of March 2009 in the US, and on the 3rd of April 2009 in Europe.

Star Ocean: Second Evolution has been available internationally for a few weeks now, and today Fayt has added a detailed review for it. Looking as the improvements of the PSP version, to changes made and explaining the game in general. You can read the review by clicking here.
We have also made minor updates to the Star Ocean: Star Ocean: Second Story/Evolution section. Including more information on the PSP remake, additional screenshots and a few other minor updates.

Update on the PAL release of Star Ocean: The Last Hope.
At a press event in London in the last 24 hours producer Yoshinori Yamagishi revealed that those in PAL countries (Europe, Australia and others) still have a while to wait yet. Unfortunately a release is not expected until around June 09.
Bitter sweet news for PAL fans on the back of record sales in Japan on it's launch week. Once a confirmed date is known we'll update it right here.
